QIO: Solutions LLC is a consultant agency founded by QUEER, ILL + OKAY (QIO) series creator Joseph Varisco, bringing nearly a decade of experience from private and public sectors.

We are committed to providing small businesses accessible discussions from inception to implementation on a wide array of needs via equity-centered networks and resources including resilient sustainability, evolving mission practices, and longevity in community building through collaborative action directed by the client.

QIO went from an experimental, DIY, and fully volunteer one-night production taking lessons learned transforming it in five years to a 100k (2.5mil accumulatively) year round public programming, educational/training, and performance event.
