QUEER LEXICON

 

Queer Lexicon, partnered with StoryCorp and featured in the nationally touring exhibit STRANGE BEDFELLOWS, is a series of interviews profiling, investigating and exploring the lives and experiences of Chicago's queer community. Discussing historical issues of segregation, youth homelessness and street economies, intersectionality of race, class, gender, sex and religion, academic privilege and non-profit institutions and the personal and intimate details of everyday life as creators, artists, activists and culture makers.

QUEER, ILL, & OKAY

QUEER, ILL, & OKAY a JRV MAJESTY Production is part of an ongoing performance series reinventing narratives about the lives of queer individuals living with HIV and other forms of mental and chronic illness. QIO first appears for Poonie's Cabaret at Links Hall in October 2013 and again at Defibrillator Performing Arts Gallery in July 2014 after a successful Kickstarter campaign to a sold out weekend run. Stay tuned for QIO 2015 TBA.
